French Bubbles Champagne+Cheese opened over Christmas as a pop-up, but given its popularity, has recently announced its permanent residency in Covent Garden.
As the name suggests, Champagne is at the heart of the concept, bringing together twenty award-winning champagnes from independent producers. In addition, French Bubbles Champagne+Cheese (rated No.7 on London's Trip Advisor listing) also provides an enviable selection of French cheese, charcuterie, and cheese based tartines (open sandwiches) that are perfect for lunch.
The venue is designed to provide an informal deli-style experience, where customers can either drop in for a French meal, a drink and a light bite or buy some great products from the gourmet shop to take home with them.
Staff will be on hand to lend their advice on how to pair these Champagnes with the food menu, explaining exactly which unique qualities of these wines compliment so well. They also have a regular calendar of masterclasses for those who want to learn more about Champagne.
