Glossary:

  • "The Restaurant" is the Restaurant detailed above.
  • "RCLtd" is Restaurant Choice Ltd.
  • "Gift Voucher" is Restaurant Choice Gift Voucher.
  • "Gift Voucher Serial Number" is the unique number that each individual Restaurant Choice Gift Voucher is singularly identified by.

Description:

Restaurant Choice Gift Vouchers is a single use, face value "Gift Vouchers" denominated in Pounds Sterling. Customers or Holders of Restaurant Choice Gift Vouchers, are entitled to food and soft drinks, up to the value stated on the Gift Vouchers, to be supplied by The Restaurant to whom RC Ltd has agreed to make payment. Alcohol and additional food orders are paid for separately. The Gift Vouchers can only be used to buy food and soft drinks on the full price menu (ie cannot be used in conjunction with any offers). No change can be given on the Gift Vouchers.

Restaurant Choice Gift Vouchers Terms and Conditions

The Restaurant will accept Restaurant Choice Gift Vouchers as either part or full payment for food and soft drinks on the premises, in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions.

RC Ltd will pay 50% of the face value of the Gift Vouchers including VAT.

The Restaurant shall enter all Gift Vouchers serial numbers onto RC Ltd's dedicated Website which generates a VAT invoice.

RC Ltd will pay the invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices will be paid within 45 days of receipt, unless there are any queries on the invoice.

The minimum amount The Restaurant can be reimbursed for at one time is £100.

The Gift Vouchers can only be used once by the holder. No change can be given if only part of the value of this Gift Vouchers has been redeemed. The Restaurant may, at their sole and absolute discretion, give change in their own gift Gift Vouchers or credit notes.

The Gift Vouchers has an expiry date printed on the front. The Restaurant will only accept "in-date Gift Vouchers". The counterfoil must be attached to the Gift Vouchers on presentation. The Gift Vouchers will not be accepted without an attached counterfoil.

The Gift Vouchers can be used, up to the face value, to pay for food and soft drinks purchased at the Restaurant. The Gift Vouchers may not be used for and will not be accepted for the purchase of alcohol.

The Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any offer at the Restaurant.

The Gift Vouchers will be subject to verification at the time of presentation for payment. The Restaurant reserves the right not to accept the Gift Vouchers if it is or appears to have been forged, photocopied, damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered with. RC Ltd retain the right not to pay The Restaurant for stolen, fraudulently obtained, forged or defaced Gift Vouchers.

If RC Ltd pay The Restaurant for Gift Vouchers that subsequently turn out to be fraudulent Gift Vouchers, The Restaurant must reimburse RC Ltd for the full payment.

RC Ltd may inform The Restaurant that specific Gift Vouchers serial numbers are invalid. The Restaurant will not accept specific invalid Gift Vouchers.

The Restaurant must keep the Gift Vouchers for a period of 24 months. RC Ltd may make a site visit or request The Restaurant to send the Gift Vouchers, for their inspection, at any time, in order to check Gift Vouchers serial numbers held, against those entered for payment. RC Ltd have the right to request The Restaurant to send Gift Vouchers for inspection before they will make payment.

The minimum contract term between The Restaurant and RC Ltd is 12 months. Thereafter either party can terminate the agreement with a minimum of six months notice in writing.
