  • Restaurant Choice Gift Voucher can only be exchanged at participating establishments found on the website www.restaurantchoice.co.uk on the actual specific day of redemption
  • Participating Establishments are subject to change without notice and entirely at the discretion of Restaurant Choice Limited
  • Restaurant Choice Limited makes no warranty to the standard of Participating Establishments and/or accepts no liability for changes to the list of Participating Establishments
  • Restaurant Choice Limited accepts no liability whatsoever for any Participating Establishment refusing to accept this Restaurant Choice Gift Voucher
  • This Restaurant Choice Gift Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Restaurant Choice Gift Voucher cannot be resold, swapped or transferred without the prior written agreement of Restaurant Choice Limited
  • Restaurant Choice Limited will not replace or refund a lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, used, photocopied or defaced Restaurant Choice Gift Vouchers
  • Restaurant Choice Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed at the face value specified on the front, or as part payment, in Participating Establishments for food and non-alcoholic drinks ordered from the a la carte menu
  • Restaurant Choice Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed against purchases from promotional menus, sale items or special offers or used in conjunction with any special offers or discounts
  • Change cannot be given if the Food and Non-Alcoholic Drinks bill is less than the Restaurant Choice Gift Voucher
  • The Restaurant Choice Gift Voucher can only be redeemed within the expiry date
  • The Restaurant Choice Gift Voucher remains at all times the property of Restaurant Choice Limited.
